Barnacle Bills Racing Leathers is committed to bringing the market the most durable racing leathers in the industry.

Each set of leathers is custom made for the person wearing them. Each pattern is hand drawn from exacting measurements .

The most important set of leathers we have ever built is the set we will build for you! If you are not happy we are not happy.

One piece or two piece is available. We build leathers for the street, race track and drag strip.

Every suit is designed to withstand multiple spills and still maintain its integrity, while offering maximum protection to the rider.

Our ability to produce any possible design our customers may desire at prices similar to off the rack generic designed suits gives us a uniqueness in the racing leathers business.

Add a hump.

We have had several requests for "AERO" humps and we finally have them ready to go. We can retro-fit any suit with our "AERO" hump. Any color can be selected. and your name can be added at the same time. Get those suits in while you can! One piece or two piece leathers can be retro-fitted.

We have a variety of colors to choose from that will match most standard and exotic colors. An additional charge for custom dyed leather will be assessed for special order colors.

All of our suits are built with top grain cow hide of 3 to 3 1/2 ounce thickness.

To insure that the suit will withstand the demands of todays racers and street riders alike we triple stitch and glue every seam and use only the best quality brass zippers for our suits. All graphics and lettering is glued and stitched to insure the durability demanded by our customers.
